Offer terms

The “FAMIGLIA SPENSIERATA +” offer has a fixed price and is available to all private customers who hold low-voltage (BT) sites for household use. The electricity commodity price consists of: a) a consumption charge (fixed price of €0.189900/kWh), b) an annual charge of €262.80/year/PdP, and c) the CDISPD dispatching charge in €/kWh. The offer provides for a monthly installment calculated based on annual consumption over the previous 12 months. The monthly installment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of the 12-month supply period, or if supply ends for any reason, Enegan will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the customer and those actually due under this offer based on the customer's actual consumption, and will debit or credit the corresponding amount paid in deficit or excess.

  • Supply will begin on the first available date notified by Enegan to the Customer. Enegan’s performance of the contract is subject to the condition that, when Enegan requests activation of supply from the Distributor, the Customer is not suspended for non-payment. By entering into the contract, the Customer grants Enegan, which accepts, an exclusive, irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract. After the contract is concluded, Enegan will use this mandate to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the electricity dispatching contract with the network operator and the contract for transport services, including receiving and managing meter and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the connection of the sites. For activities requested by the Customer that relate to services provided by the Distributor, Enegan will charge the Customer amounts equal to the fees prescribed by regulations, together with any charges invoiced to Enegan by the Distributor, plus a fee of €45.45 excluding VAT.

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.

  • Customers who give Enegan the name of a potential new customer will receive the conditional “Bring a Friend Discount” of €2.50/month for 12 months. The discount will be granted to both the customer and the Friend provided that the Friend signs an electricity or gas supply contract with Enegan and both are supplied by Enegan at the same time. Customers who give Enegan the name of a potential new customer will receive the conditional “Bring a Friend Discount” of €2.50/month for 12 months.

  • If the bill is sent by email, Enegan will apply a discount of €2.00/month/POD to the annual charge for electricity supply.
