F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

This offer gives you access to an energy-component price that tracks the market price (National Single Price) and lets you save when the price of energy falls. The offer is reserved exclusively for residential customers (individuals), whether resident or non-resident, currently supplied by another sales company, who had an active contract with 4G Energia in the previous 3 years (after January 1, 2020, and not relating to the current year). This offer applies regardless of the relevant POD/PDR, provided the end customer's tax details have not changed since their previous supply contract with our sales company and they have not accrued any unpaid amounts and/or become delinquent.

  • The offer is available to customers whose electricity supply point is already connected to the local distribution network.

  • No penalty applies on termination. The contract has an indefinite term and you may terminate it at any time. If you terminate the contract to switch supplier, the termination notice will be sent directly by the new supplier by the 10th day of the month preceding the supplier change date. If instead you wish to end the supply by deactivating the withdrawal point, you must notify us of your intention to exercise the right to terminate the contract using the designated form.

It corresponds to the fixed costs incurred to carry out customers’ commercial management activities.

  • For customers who decide to return to supply with 4G Energia, the offer provides for a €50 bonus, divided as follows: €25 will be deducted as a single credit from the first bill issued. After 12 months from returning to supply, a further €25 discount will be applied as a single credit to the first eligible bill. If the customer terminates early (before completing 12 months of supply), the second portion of the bonus will not be granted. For customers who decide to return to supply with 4G Energia, the offer provides for a €50 bonus, divided as follows: €25 will be deducted as a single credit from the first bill issued. After 12 months from returning to supply, a further €25 discount will be applied as a single credit to the first eligible bill. If the customer terminates early (before completing 12 months of supply), the second portion of the bonus will not be granted.
