CON AMG LUCE CASA Sconto_20 is an offer reserved for END CUSTOMERS with low-voltage (BT) withdrawal points for residential use who are currently supplied by another operator. It is a variable-price offer that follows wholesale energy market trends. The offer gives customers a 20% discount on the annual charge for the CON AMG LUCE SICURA offer (€76.80/year/POD instead of €96/year/POD). In addition to the PUN, network services, general charges and taxes, as defined and updated by the competent Authorities, will be billed.

  • 01 The CONTRACT is deemed concluded when the CUSTOMER receives AMG’s written acceptance, within 45 (forty-five) days from the date the Proposal is signed, by registered mail with return receipt, SMS, or any other means suitable for certifying receipt of the supply. By registered mail with return receipt and with 1 (one) month’s notice, AMG reserves the right not to proceed with the supply of electricity if: a) the CUSTOMER provides incomplete or incorrect details; b) the CUSTOMER is listed in the register of protested bills of exchange and promissory notes or is subject to enforcement proceedings and/or insolvency proceedings; c) the CUSTOMER has previously been in arrears and/or has outstanding debts to AMG GAS or companies affiliated with it; d) the Distributor reports tampering and/or an anomaly concerning the withdrawal point covered by the supply.

AMG may require the CUSTOMER, when entering into the supply contract, to pay a security deposit or provide an equivalent guarantee (such as bill direct debit from a bank or postal account, or payment by credit card). Any guarantee and/or security deposit amount requested will comply with ARERA Resolution 200/99, as amended by ARERA Resolution 148/06 and subsequent amendments and supplements, and will be expressly stated in the economic supply conditions.
