Service activation
Customers who, upon signing the contract, decide to pay their electricity bills with recurring direct debit on a bank or postal account do not have to pay the security deposit. For other payment methods, a security deposit of €5.16 for each kW of committed power is charged on the first bill (e.g., €15.48 of deposit for 3kW of power). The deposit is returned at the end of the contract after verifying the overall credit situation. For more information, read art. 15 of the GSC.
