MIA Casa+ Dinamica is a free-market variable-price offer for two years that includes year-round, 24-hour home assistance.

  • The expected activation date is stated in the Contract Proposal and confirmed or updated in the acceptance letter, subject to the applicable rules on the time limits for exercising the right of withdrawal, where provided. If no specific date is stated in the contract proposal form, the first available date for taking over the supply point, in accordance with applicable regulatory time limits, will be understood. For supplier changes (Switch-in), the activation date is generally the first day of the second month after the contract is concluded, except for contracts where the request can be processed by the tenth day of the month; in those cases, the activation request can be brought forward to the first day of the first month after the contract is concluded. For inactive supply points, the supply activation date may be deferred, subject to the Distributor’s activities, including any steps required to obtain connection to the distribution network.

If payments are not made by bank direct debit, a security deposit will be charged on the first bill issued after the Contract is signed. The deposit will be no more than four times the monetary value (the amount charged on the bill) of the month with the highest consumption, estimated on an annual basis. It will be adjusted periodically during the Contract, taking into account both the Customer's consumption and the CTEs applicable to the Contract. The Customer must also pay an administrative handling fee of €23 for processing requests relating to services carried out by the Distributor, including, by way of example only, deactivation, transfer of contract, takeover and changes to power capacity.
