When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

THE OFFER IS RESERVED FOR ALL NEW CUSTOMERS HOLDING A LOW-VOLTAGE (LV) DOMESTIC WITHDRAWAL POINT. THE OFFER APPLIES AN ENERGY COMPONENT EQUAL TO THE MONTHLY VALUE OF THE PUN (NATIONAL SINGLE PRICE) IN THE 3 TIME BANDS DEFINED BY ARERA UNDER RESOLUTION 181/06, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED. The PUN is defined and published monthly on the Italian electricity market platform managed by GME (GESTORE DEI MERCATI ENERGETICI).

  • The procedures and timing for starting performance of the Supply Contract, including any steps required to obtain the supply and any costs that may be charged to the final Customer as a result, are described in detail in Article 5 of the attached General Supply Conditions.
