  • These Economic Conditions are valid for 12 months from the date supply is activated with E.CO Energia Corrente. At the end of that period, the offer automatically renews for successive 12-month periods on the same economic conditions. ECO may instead notify the Customer of a renewal on different economic conditions, in accordance with the procedures and deadlines in Articles 13.7 and 13.8 of the Commercial Code of Conduct and Article 11 of the CGF. For this purpose, ECO will send the Customer written notice by registered letter with return receipt, certified email (PEC), email, or SERC at least 3 (three) months before the new and different economic conditions take effect. This notice period runs from the first day of the month after the Customer receives the notice. The notice will explain how the Customer can terminate the contract if they do not accept the new economic conditions. If the Customer does not terminate the contract, the new economic conditions will be deemed accepted.

If, when submitting the Proposal, the Customer chooses a payment method other than bank direct debit via SEPA SDD, such as postal direct debit or credit card, the Supplier will charge the Customer a security deposit of €11.50 per kW of contractually committed capacity on the first bill.
