Supply is in all cases conditional on a satisfactory check confirming that the Customer has no previous outstanding debts to the Supplier, and on a satisfactory assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness (credit check). The credit check may, for example, look for protests, adverse records, including through databases of supply points, and unpaid debts under different contracts held by the same Customer, including contracts with third parties. If the check is unsuccessful, the Supplier will notify the Customer; otherwise, the above suspensive conditions will be deemed to have been satisfied. The Supplier will carry out the credit check within 60 days of the contract’s conclusion.
