Supply is in all cases conditional on a satisfactory check confirming that the Customer has no previous outstanding debts to the Supplier, and on a satisfactory assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness (credit check). The credit check may, for example, look for protests, adverse records, including through databases of supply points, and unpaid debts under different contracts held by the same Customer, including contracts with third parties. If the check is unsuccessful, the Supplier will notify the Customer; otherwise, the above suspensive conditions will be deemed to have been satisfied. The Supplier will carry out the credit check within 60 days of the contract’s conclusion.

Under ARERA Resolution 250/2023/R/com, for early termination of the electricity contract where a fixed-price contract with a fixed term of 12 months has been signed, the following applies: if termination occurs within the first 6 months from the start date of the supply, E3energy will apply a penalty equal to 100% of the annual value of the CCV, amounting to €240.00 (two hundred forty euros); if termination occurs from the 6th month and one day through to the end of the 12th month of supply, E3energy will apply a penalty equal to 50% of the annual value of the CCV, amounting to €120.00 (one hundred twenty euros).
