F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

The offer is reserved for private customers with electricity supply points for residential use. For the entire term of these economic conditions, the offer provides for the supply of electricity produced from renewable sources, which the supplier purchases and certifies through Guarantees of Origin (GO) or through another certification method that may replace GOs. GOs are certificates attesting, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, that the energy procured under this contract, in an amount equal to the consumption billed to the customer, comes from a renewable source. The offer does not charge the customer any fee for certifying electricity produced from renewable sources.

  • The activation date is stated in the contract proposal. If activation cannot take place by the stated date, the supplier will promptly notify the end customer in writing through the contact channels specified in the contract proposal, stating the reasons and any different activation date.

No security deposit is required when paying by bank or postal direct debit. If invoices are not paid by bank or postal direct debit, if authorization for SDD debit is not granted, or if that authorization is revoked without agreement, payment of a security deposit may be required in the amount specified in Article 14 of the General Supply Conditions (CGF).
