Offer terms

The offer is reserved for customers who are not already on the free market with Magis Energia. The offer includes a fixed price (for the first 24 months) and the supply of electricity produced by plants powered exclusively by renewable sources and certified by the GO Guarantees of Origin system (managed by GSE - Gestore Servizio Elettrico).

  • The supply will begin on the earliest useful date, according to the timelines established by ARERA – in particular, the activation of the supply for a supplier change will take place by the first day of the third month following the one in which the Contract is concluded – provided that the activation is compatible: (i) with the effectiveness of the contracts for transmission, distribution, and dispatching services for the supply of electricity and for the transport and distribution of gas; (ii) with the effectiveness of the withdrawal towards the previous supplier(s); (iii) for the non-domestic Customer, with the verification of possessing financial solvency requirements as provided in the General Supply Conditions and (iv) with any other cause not dependent on the will of Magis Energia S.p.A..   • Starting from the twenty-fifth month and for an indefinite duration, the following fees will apply: Commercialization component amounting to €120/POD/year; Energy component equal to the value of the PUN Index GME differentiated by Time bands (F1, F23) + €0.0165/kWh (in the case of a Customer equipped with a mechanical meter, not able to detect the electricity consumed by time bands, the single-hourly monthly average value F0 of the PUN Index GME will be applied). The CDISPD fee as determined and updated by ARERA pursuant to article 48 of the TIV remains unchanged and will continue to apply, in addition to the tariffs for the use of the electricity grid and general system charges.

  • The offer is reserved for Customers who are not already in the free market with Magis Energia.

  • The offer provides for the supply of electricity produced by plants fueled exclusively by renewable sources and certified by the GO Guarantees of Origin system (managed by GSE - Gestore Servizio Elettrico). The contract we propose to you is consistent with the regulations defined by the Authority regarding the sale of electricity produced from renewable sources. The Customer, in relation to each supply, is required to pay, charged on the first invoice issued, an amount as a security deposit - as provided by the competent Authority with ARERA Resolution no. 200/99 and by the TIV - at most equal to the amounts indicated in the General Supply Conditions. Bank or postal direct debit is considered a form of guarantee equivalent to the security deposit. Therefore, in the event of activation of direct debit for bill payment, the deposit is refunded. If, during the course of the supply, the Customer deactivates the RID procedure or the RID payment is unpaid, Magis Energia S.p.A., upon issuing the first useful invoice, will charge the amount of the security deposit.
