When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

The EP CASA SEMPLICE EE DOM offer is for end customers with low-voltage electricity supply points for domestic use. The offer can be activated throughout Italy. The EP Casa Semplice EE offer can only be activated by customers who choose to receive their bill by email and pay by direct debit from their bank account.

  • Supply will start according to different timeframes depending on the type of contractual operation requested by the Customer. Subject to verification activities, supply activation will observe the withdrawal periods under the contract with the previous supplier, as well as the timeframes for activating electricity transmission, distribution and dispatching services. Unless early performance of the contract has been requested, the activities needed to perform the Contract will begin only after the withdrawal period has expired. In all cases, activation of a new supply is subject to: the relevant operator verifying that the distribution network is suitable; the connection to that network being completed; an internal installation being in place that complies with current regulatory requirements and is installed, at the Customer’s expense, by installation companies authorized under current law; and the Customer demonstrating full availability of the property where the installations are located by providing all required documents and the relevant cadastral details. In any case, supply will be activated within 120 days of signing the Request.

The Supplier reserves the right to charge an amount as a security deposit on the first bill, within the maximum limits set by the TIV. For customers with annual consumption of up to 5000 kWh for electricity and up to 5000 Smc for gas, payment of bills by direct debit from a bank or postal account will be considered a form of security equivalent to the deposit.
