Standing charge

Offer terms
With Carpe Diem Casa Luce, the price of the energy component is adjusted monthly to the National Single Price (PUN); green energy is optional.
Activation of the supply is conditional on the successful outcome of the technical and financial checks carried out by Energit.
If the customer terminates the contract because the supply point is to be deactivated, they must send Energit written notice by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt at least 1 (one) month before deactivation takes effect. Supply deactivation procedures follow ARERA Resolution No. 366/2018/R/com.
The domestic Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the Contract, extended to 30 days in the cases provided for by the Consumer Code. This right may be exercised by sending written notice to Energit by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email to energia@energit.it, specifying the Customer's contract details. Thereafter, the Customer may terminate the Contract at any time and without charges; in the event of a change of supplier, termination is handled by the new supplier according to the procedures and timelines set out in the regulations in force.
These conditions are valid for an indefinite period. Please note that the Annual Charge (CVE Component) decreases between the total value for the first year of supply and subsequent years, from €171/POD/year in the first year to €72/year for each of the remaining years. Energit does not require any form of guarantee from customers with an active SDD payment method. For all other customers, the first bill will include a security deposit equal to €5.16 multiplied by the kilowatts of power contractually committed by the Customer.
