  • If the customer withdraws early from the supply contract before the end of the term of these economic conditions, Be One reserves the right to charge an early termination fee on the first subsequent bill. The fee will be proportionate and will not exceed the actual economic loss resulting from early termination of the contract, with reference to the remaining term of the offer.
