Offer terms

The “No Stress Family” offer has a fixed price and is available to all private customers who hold low-voltage (BT) sites for household use. The electricity commodity price consists of: a) a consumption charge (fixed price of €0.136900/kWh), b) an annual charge of €274.80/year/PdP, and c) the CDISPD dispatching charge in €/kWh. The offer provides for a monthly installment calculated based on annual consumption over the previous 12 months. The monthly installment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of the 12-month supply period, or if supply ends for any reason, Alphastar will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the customer and those actually due under this offer based on the customer's actual consumption, and will debit or credit the corresponding amount paid in deficit or excess.

  • Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Alphastar to the Customer. Alphastar’s performance of the contract is subject to the suspensive condition that, when Alphastar submits the request to activate supply to the Distributor, the Customer is not suspended due to non-payment. Upon entering into the contract, the Customer grants Alphastar, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract, authorising Alphastar, after the contract has been finalised, to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the electricity dispatching contract with the grid operator and the contract for the provision of the transport service, including receipt and management of metering and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the sites’ connections. For activities requested by the Customer that relate to services provided by the Distributor, Alphastar will charge the Customer amounts equal to the charges established by applicable regulations, plus any charges invoiced to Alphastar by the Distributor, with an additional fee of Euro 45,45 excluding VAT.

  • The offer provides for a monthly instalment calculated on the basis of annual consumption over the previous 12 months. The monthly instalment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of 12 months of supply, or if supply ends for any reason, Alphastar will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the Customer and those actually due under this offer, based on the Customer’s actual consumption, and will charge or credit the corresponding amount paid in excess or in shortfall.

  • Refer-a-friend discount: Customers who refer the name of a potential new customer to Alphastar will receive a conditional discount of €2.50/month. Paperless bill discount: If the bill is sent by email, Alphastar will apply a discount of €2.00/month/withdrawal point (PdP) to the annual charge for the electricity supply.

  • The offer is for private customers who hold premises for domestic use supplied at low voltage (BT).

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.
