Offer terms

Energia Lunga Luce is the offer that guarantees you a fixed electricity price for 36 months. You can also choose to take the ENERGIA VERDE service for an additional charge. With this service, Illumia supplies you with electricity certified through Guarantees of Origin as having been produced and fed into the grid by plants powered by renewable sources. Illumia will purchase the Guarantees of Origin from renewable sources each year that are needed to cover your energy consumption. This way, you can help the environment by contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions.

  • For customers switching from another supplier

  • If the Customer terminates the supply contract early, before the end of the term of these Economic Terms, Illumia reserves the right to charge an early termination fee on the next bill. The amount will be proportionate to, and no greater than, the actual financial loss resulting from early termination, with reference to the remaining term of the offer. This fee, representing the financial loss Illumia will incur as a result of termination of the supply contract, may not exceed a maximum of 300 euros for the first year of supply, 200 euros for the second year of supply and 100 euros for the third year of supply.
