F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

SEL Srl con Paul offers a flexible indexed tariff where the energy price is the monthly arithmetic average of the GME PUN Index in the F1, F2, and F3 bands. SEL does not apply any markup, the so-called spread, but only the average wholesale price of the period billed on the invoice, in addition to a predetermined monthly fixed fee to cover its costs. Green Energy: SEL, at the cost of just over a coffee a month, guarantees the supply of certified electricity generated exclusively from renewable sources, to make a concrete contribution to environmental protection.

  • Possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal, without fees and justification, within 14 days starting from the date of conclusion of the Contract. Possibility to request early contract execution before the end of the withdrawal period. Possibility to request early contract performance before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal to terminate the supply must be communicated by registered mail or certified email (PEC), with a 1-month notice.

  • Completion of the specific form for the service request and possibly a Distributor quote request for carrying out connection works. The timescales and costs of activation (or other service) are those established by regulations and/or by the Distributor.

  • Consumption will be based on actual readings provided by the distributor or, in their absence, on the best estimates made by SEL.

  • In case of late payments, default interest will be applied, calculated on an annual basis, equal to the Official Reference Rate set by the European Central Bank increased by 3,5 percentage points. Security deposit pursuant to the TIV (Article 12 of ARERA Resolution 491/2020/R/eel, Annex A, as amended and supplemented). If the deposit is drawn upon during the supply period, it must be replenished in full or in part. Upon termination of the contract, any deposit will be refunded. No security is required for payment by SEPA.
