When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Service activation

Customers who, when signing the contract, choose to pay their electricity bills by recurring direct debit from a bank account do not have to pay a security deposit. For other payment methods, a security deposit of €11.5 per kW of committed power is charged (e.g. a €34.50 deposit for 3 kW of power). If more than 2 bills remain unpaid within a 12-month period, Visioli S.p.A. will charge a security deposit of €23.00 per kW of committed power, even when payment is by direct debit from a bank account (SDD).
