Offer terms

This offer is valid from the supply activation date until 31/12/2029.

  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

This offer requires payment by bank or postal direct debit and bills in digital format. Atena Trading will send an email to the email address provided whenever a bill is issued to the Customer. Bills can be viewed and printed using the IrenYou application (also accessible on mobile at https://clienti.irenyou.gruppoiren.it).

Amount, defined on the bill as “Fixed COM.E Component”, set at €147 per POD/year

Discount conditions
