Supply activation will take place based on the timelines established by current applicable regulations and is in any case subject to the successful outcome of the Local Distributor's activities. The Customer grants a mandate to sign the Dispatching Contract with TERNA, pursuant to ARERA resolution no. 111/06 and subsequent amendments. Metamer also has the right to grant a mandate with representation for the stipulation of the dispatching contract to another company identified by it.

Withdrawal must be exercised in writing via registered mail with return receipt, with the obligation to use the new operator to forward the communication. In any case, the Customer shall be required to pay the amounts due to the Supplier for the service rendered up to that point.

Metamer, through the cancellation of specific certificates, guarantees that the quantity of electricity supplied to the customer has been produced by plants powered by renewable sources (including but not limited to: hydroelectric, wind, photovoltaic, solar, etc.).

The Customer can submit a reasoned written complaint to the Supplier, with the option to use the forms prepared by the Supplier or the procedure activated on the website www.metamer.it by filling out the appropriate form. The complaint can also be submitted by post to the company's address or at the Supplier's counters. The Customer who, in relation to the Contract, has submitted a complaint to which the Supplier has not replied or has provided an unsatisfactory response, can activate the conciliation procedure free of charge at the Authority's Conciliation Service (https://www.arera.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm). Attempting conciliation according to the methods provided by the TICO is a condition of admissibility for legal action. The Customer also has the right to use, free of charge, the free assistance of Consumer Associations listed under Article 137 of the Consumer Code, both in managing the complaint and for access to and participation in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, including conciliation procedures.

For domestic customers who have signed the contract outside the company's business premises, there is the right to withdraw without charges within 14 calendar days starting from the contract conclusion date. The 14-day cooling-off period is extended to 30 days in the case of contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by a Supplier to the home of a domestic final customer or excursions organized by a Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling natural gas supply contracts to domestic final customers. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written request and/or the specific form provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by mail to the address Corso Garibaldi 71, 66050, San Salvo (CH), or via form on the metamer.it website, or by delivery at one of our branches or to the following certified email address metamer@legalmail.it.

Metamer will bill based on the quantities of energy recorded by the local distributor. For the purpose of measuring consumption accounted for in the periodic invoice, Metamer will use measurement data in compliance with the following order: a) actual measurement data made available by the distribution company; b) self-readings communicated by the end customer; c) estimated measurement data based on the customer's historical consumption information available to Metamer.

If the payment is made beyond the indicated terms, the Customer will be required, in addition to the due fee, to pay default interest calculated in the manner indicated in the General Supply Conditions. In the event of non-payment, a reminder will be sent with notice of supply suspension by registered mail or through Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) indicating the deadline for the balance of unpaid invoices. This amount for natural gas is equal to what is reported in the price list published on the distributor's website, while for electricity it is equal to what is established by Annex C – TIC (Integrated Text for Connections) to ARERA resolution ARG/elt 199/11 and subsequent amendments. We also inform you that if the methane gas suspension is carried out, you will be charged a maximum amount of €270.90 + VAT, whereas the restoration of the supply will entail a maximum charge of €224.51 + VAT on the first useful invoice, in accordance with the local distributor's price list in force at the time of the intervention, barring any adjustments. You will also be charged for the reminder expenses and default interest.
