Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

For the supply period following the first 12 months, at least 90 days before the expiry of this economic offer, Aterno Gas & Power will communicate to the Customer the new fixed price valid for the following 12 months, without prejudice to the Customer's right to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner provided by the General Contract Conditions. In the absence of communication, the new price applied will be the average price by time slot (F1, F2 / F3) formed in the GME market of the Italian Electricity Exchange IPEX (PUN: single national price as defined in art. 30, paragraph 4, C of AEEG resolution no. 111/06 and subsequent amendments and integrations), increased by a fee covering operating activities (spread) on the Electricity Exchange equal to €0.03/kwh. All other components such as fixed PCV, distribution, transport, and system charges defined as described above remain unchanged. The switch to the variable price can be requested at the Customer's discretion before the expiry of this fixed-price offer (i.e. before 12 months have elapsed since the activation of the supply).
