When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

For final customers with low-voltage electricity supply points for HOUSEHOLD USE

  • Supply is conditional on the competent parties activating electricity transport and dispatching services. Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A. grants the Customer an advance discount of €3.00/month on the free-market sales component (CML), applied as a reduction to the CML on the first 36 bills from the supply activation date, for a total advance discount of €108.00. For each complete month of active supply with Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A., the Customer accrues entitlement to a €3.00 discount. The discount accrues progressively: upon completion of month 36, the Customer will have accrued the full advance amount. If supply ends through withdrawal or a change of supplier within the first 36 months after activation, Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A. may recover on the final bill only the difference between the advance discount already applied and the discount actually accrued as of the effective date of withdrawal. Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A. will grant a bonus of €0.50/month for each of the following options selected by the Customer: paying bills by SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) and receiving bills electronically.
