F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

LUCE INDEX CASA is an offer reserved for residential Customers with a low-voltage electricity supply who prefer the flexibility of a variable energy price to take advantage of market opportunities. With LUCE INDEX CASA, your electricity consumption is priced according to the trend of the PUN (National Single Price), applied across time bands, so you benefit from indexed prices that follow the dynamics of the national electricity market.

  • Activation of a new electricity supply or modification of an existing one is subject to the relevant distribution network operator verifying that the network is suitable, connection to the network being carried out where necessary, and a written contract being signed. Supply activation and contract changes are also subject to the Customer paying any charges owed to the Distributor under the regulations in force.

  • The Customer may request termination of the service directly from the Supplier at any time by written request, in all cases stating the address to which the final bill should be sent, with one month’s notice starting on the first day of the month following receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Supplier will promptly notify the Distributor of the order to cease delivery within the timeframes and according to the procedures set by ARERA. Deactivation of the supply is also subject to the Customer paying any charges owed to the Distributor under the regulations in force.
