The Customer may withdraw from the contract by granting a specific mandate to withdraw, in the Customer’s name and on the Customer’s behalf, from the contract with the existing supplier. The incoming supplier will withdraw on the Customer’s behalf by submitting a switching request to the SII (Integrated Information System). For supplies used for purposes other than residential use only, if the Customer holds even one site connected at medium voltage, the notice period for withdrawal is 12 months, starting on the first day of the first month after the relevant notice is received. If supply is terminated, customers with small-scale premises may withdraw from the contract without charge by sending notice to the supplier at the stated contact details by registered mail with return receipt or certified e-mail. In that case, the notice period is 1 (one) month from the supplier’s receipt of the withdrawal notice.
