Should the Customer terminate the contractual relationship with Gas Sales Srl prior to the expiry of these economic conditions (including, by way of example and not limitation, cases of withdrawal for switching suppliers, request for closure of the withdrawal point, or for any other cause of termination of the Customer's contractual relationship), Gas Sales may request payment of an early withdrawal fee pursuant to art. 7, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 210/2021. The Customer shall be required to pay this fee for each withdrawal point for which they exercise withdrawal. The maximum amount that the Customer must pay to Gas Sales shall be determined according to the following formula: maximum amount = €8 × number of months, where number of months = number of months remaining from the effective date of withdrawal until the expiry of these Economic Conditions (only full remaining months will be considered and counted). The amount thus determined represents the maximum limit that Gas Sales may apply and may be reduced if the economic loss directly suffered by Gas Sales resulting from early withdrawal is less than this value. By signing this, the undersigned declares to have read and understood and specifically approves the aforementioned clause governing the Customer's fee in the event of early withdrawal. The indicated amount is to be considered VAT excluded.
