When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

  • The offer is for residential customers. Supply can only be activated for accounts that are not already supplied by Umbria Energy on the free market.

Unless the chosen payment method is direct debit, Umbria Energy reserves the right to charge a security deposit as a guarantee for each supply activated under the contract, in the amount required by the regulations, namely as provided for in Annex A to Resolution 491/2020 (hereinafter “for the electricity sector”) and Annex A to Resolution 64/09 (hereinafter “for the gas sector”). Unless all or part of this amount is withheld to settle any unpaid bills, it will be refunded in Umbria Energy's final bill, together with accrued statutory interest. Any security deposit charged by Umbria Energy will be indicated in the “Economic Conditions” annex.
