  • Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

The security deposit for household electricity supply is €11.50 for each kW of contracted power, up to a maximum set by Arera. For non-household customers, the amount is €15.50 per kW. The deposit is not payable if payment by bank or postal direct debit or credit card is activated.
