Offer terms

A variable-price offer that gives you all the benefits of a short supply chain: buy at the price reserved for market operators, with no intermediaries. The variable price follows the PUN (National Single Price) index, with a small monthly contribution.

  • Activation of supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the contract, is conditional on the Customer having no previous outstanding debts attributable to them and on a satisfactory assessment of their creditworthiness (credit check). The timelines for starting performance of the contract are: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of supplier, and within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of supplier. For the supply points covered by the contract, the Customer authorises the Company to enter into electricity transport agreements with the local Distributor and dispatching agreements with TERNA S.p.A., either directly or through a Group company.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
