Offer terms

Offer for new residential customers that includes the purchase of a Smart TV and B-Bike together with the electricity supply.

  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

This offer requires payment by bank direct debit and enrollment in the Bolletta Facile service. Iren Mercato will send an email to the email address provided whenever a bill is issued to the Customer. Bills can be viewed and printed using the IrenYou application (also accessible from mobile devices at https://clienti.irenlucegas.it).

Discount conditions

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €120 / year. Monthly bonus of €10 for 36 months

  • By taking up this offer, the customer will receive a monthly Bonus of €10 on their electricity supply for the first 36 months of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate for a supplier switch during the first twenty-four months from the activation date of the supply contract, Iren Mercato will grant the bonuses accrued up to the date termination takes effect, as established by the General Conditions of Sale; similarly, in other cases of termination, Iren Mercato will grant the bonuses accrued up to the contract validity date.
