  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Amount shown on the bill as the “CCOM component”: €147 per electricity supply point (POD) per year.

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

€24.00 in the first year, subject to conditions. Annual bonus of 48 euros

  • By subscribing to the offer, the customer will receive a €48 bonus on their electricity supply, divided into 6 bonuses of €8 each, which will be credited to the customer in the following manner: the 1st on the bill of the 3rd month of supply; the 2nd on the bill of the 6th month of supply, the 3rd on the bill of the 12th month of supply, the 4th on the 18th month of supply, the 5th on the 21st month of supply and the 6th on the 24th month of supply. In the event that the customer exercises the right of withdrawal for supplier change during the first twenty-four months from the activation date of the supply contract, Iren Mercato will disburse the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of withdrawal in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale; similarly in other cases of termination, Iren Mercato will disburse the bonuses accrued up to the contract validity date.
