The Customer will be notified in writing that the supply request has been accepted. In the event of a supplier switch, the supply will be activated in compliance with the notice periods for termination with the previous supplier, as required by current regulations, and will generally be activated within 90 days of the contract being concluded, unless otherwise notified. Activation remains subject to prior checks of the creditworthiness of the customer and/or supply point, the accuracy and completeness of the contract data, successful completion of any preventive measures required by law, and activation of the transmission, distribution and dispatching services. For a new activation or a takeover following termination, the local distributor must complete the activation process, and the costs charged by that distributor will be payable as provided for by current regulations. In the case of a change of account holder, the activation request will be processed within four working days of receipt of all the customer’s complete documentation; the customer will be charged the costs billed by the local distributor as provided for by current regulations.
