We add the complete electricity and gas estimates, each including network charges, levies and taxes. For variable supplies we use the 12-month average PUN (0,137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09) and a shared PSV reference (0,501205 €/Smc, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.
Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

Electricity supply
By activating the Limit.e offer, we protect you from market price increases by setting a cap on your energy charge for 12 months. With the indexed pricing option, you can benefit when the market price falls, while being sure you will not pay more than the Limit.e value stated at activation. Ideal for using energy throughout the day, with no particular time restrictions. The energy supplied to your home will be certified as 100% sourced from renewable sources through the Guarantees of Origin mechanism, and valued by applying the indexed price specified in the offer to your consumption. From month 13, the Limit.e value will remain unchanged unless the supplier notifies you otherwise, with adequate advance notice, and may increase or decrease it in accordance with the General Supply Conditions and applicable sector regulations. The offer includes a dedicated support service via toll-free number and Whatsapp.
Gas supply
An indexed-price offer, ideal for using gas throughout the day, with no particular time restrictions. The gas supplied to your home will be priced by applying the indexed price set out in the offer to your consumption. The offer includes a dedicated assistance service via toll-free number and WhatsApp.
Electricity and gas
The supply activation date will be stated in the welcome letter, which will be sent to the customer within 40 days of signing. Electricity and/or natural gas supply is subject to the relevant parties activating the electricity transportation and dispatching services and/or the natural gas transportation and distribution services. Supply will begin once the Customer’s termination of contracts with previous suppliers has taken effect.
If the customer terminates the contract because the electricity or natural gas supply point is to be deactivated, they must send the supplier written notice by registered mail at least 1 (one) month before the deactivation takes effect.
The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw during the cooling-off period within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, including for only one supply, by notifying the Supplier by registered letter with return receipt, by email to assistenzaclienti.it@axpo.com, or by certified email (PEC), using the specific template provided by the Supplier and downloadable from its website. If withdrawing in order to change supplier, the Customer shall give the Supplier specific authorization to withdraw, in the Customer’s name and on the Customer’s behalf, from the supply contract with the outgoing supplier. If the household Customer wishes to change supplier, they may withdraw from the Contract at any time and without charge. The new supplier is required to send the relevant notice to the Integrated Information System (SII). If withdrawing for reasons other than changing supplier (for example, deactivation of the supply point), the Customer shall notify the Supplier of the withdrawal in the form and manner set out in Article 20 (communications). If the switch is notified by the 10th day of the supply month (month M), it will take effect on the first day of the following month (month M+1). If the switch is notified after the 10th day of the supply month (month M), the withdrawal will take effect on the first day of the second following supply month (M+2). In all cases, the Supplier may withdraw from the Contract for any reason by notifying the Customer by registered letter, with at least 6 (six) months’ notice.
The Contract has an indefinite term.
