We add the complete electricity and gas estimates, each including network charges, levies and taxes. For variable supplies we use the 12-month average PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09) and a shared PSV reference (0.501205 €/Smc, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

Electricity supply

  • Supply is conditional on the competent authorities activating electricity transport and dispatching services.

  • If the Customer terminates during the first 9 months of fixed-price supply, as provided for by Resolution 250/2023/R/COM of 6 June 2023, Gasway will charge the Customer, pursuant to Article 14 of the General Supply Conditions, a possible early termination fee of €141 in the first month of supply, €123 in the second month, €106 in the third month, €88 in the fourth month, €71 in the fifth month, €53 in the sixth month, €35 in the seventh month, and €18 in the eighth month of supply.

Gas supply

  • Supply is subject to no previous unpaid bills and a satisfactory credit check.

  • The Contract has an indefinite term.
