This page explains in simple terms what data 123offerte.it processes about its visitors. For

## Who processes your data

123offerte.it is a personal project, not a company: there is no company and no VAT number.

Data controller: **Cem Sirin**, a private individual, Rome (Pigneto). For any question or request
about your data, write to [info@123offerte.it](mailto:info@123offerte.it).

## Hosting

The site runs on **Cloudflare (Workers)**. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse and
attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address and user agent.

## Analytics

We use **Umami**, an analytics tool hosted on our own server in the EU (Netherlands). Umami uses
no cookies, does no cross-site tracking and builds no profiles: IP addresses are not stored.
Umami only derives an approximate location (country, region, city) and a rotating anonymous
session identifier.

We may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with third parties (for example which filters are
most popular in a region), never individual data.

## Cookies and data on your device

Only technical data needed to run the site:

- the `i18n_redirected` cookie, which remembers the language you chose (lasts one year);
- `nuxt-color-mode` in your browser's local storage, which remembers the light or dark theme,
only if you change it;
- the filters you pick stay in the page address and are not stored anywhere.

Nothing else: no profiling or tracking cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner: technical
cookies do not require consent, as set out in the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie
guidelines of 10 June 2021.

## What we don't do

- No accounts and no forms collecting personal data: the email above is the only contact.
- No ads and no selling of personal data.
- Links to providers' websites follow their privacy notices, not this one.

## Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of your data, and
lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data
