GAS FLEX CASA is a variable-price offer for the gas commodity component, intended for residential end customers. The offer provides for a charge for the gas commodity component indexed to the Psbil price, calculated in accordance with Regulation 312/2014, Article 22.2(b), and the TIB, Articles 1 and 5.

- The price (“P”) of the gas commodity component is equal to the variable Psbil charge, updated monthly, plus a PS charge that will remain fixed and unchanged for 12 months. The Purchase Imbalance Price is equal to the arithmetic average, for each day of the supply month, of the Purchase Imbalance Prices and to the highest value recorded during the gas day among: 1) the System Average Price (SAP), increased by the SA (Small Adjustment) value referred to in Article 5.1(a) of the TIB. These economic terms are valid for 12 months. Three months before the economic terms expire, EtruriaLuceGas will notify the customer in writing of the new supply economic terms and their period of validity. If no such notice is given, the economic terms, sent in accordance with the timing and procedures set out in the Commercial Code of Conduct, will be deemed extended until further notice. The right to exercise the withdrawal right under Article 12 of the attached CGC remains unaffected. Furthermore, if, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 147 of 10 September 2024, implementing Directive (EU) 2023/958, as subsequently amended and supplemented, obligations for operators to purchase greenhouse gas emission allowances (the so-called ETS2) enter into force on or after 1 January 2027, EtruriaLuceGas will be entitled to adjust the charges applied to the Customer to reflect the costs incurred in purchasing those allowances. Adjustments will be applied and notified within the time limits provided for by the applicable legislation and regulations.
