### **Offer terms**

#### **Full offer text**

Offer reserved for customers who sign up for the Plenitude Fibra contract at the same time. Fixa Time 24 Fibra Gas is Eni Plenitude's gas offer for residential customers. It lets them fix a portion of their gas costs at a guaranteed price for 24 months. The offer includes a 30% discount on the charge and a discount of €36/year on sales charges through the combined sale with Plenitude Fibra. If the Economic Terms are extended, the discounts will also be extended. If the customer chooses to pay by direct debit from a bank account, a 5% direct-debit discount will be applied to the gas charge, provided the direct debit is active. If, at any time after signing up, the bank account direct debit is no longer active, the corresponding discount will no longer apply from the date the direct debit is deactivated. The offer is valid unless it ends early because the relevant economic terms are no longer available.

- At least ninety days before the Economic Terms expire, Eni Plenitude will notify the Customer in writing of the new supply prices and their validity period. If no such notice is given, the Economic Terms will be extended until Eni Plenitude issues a new notice, again with at least ninety days’ advance notice. The Customer retains the right to terminate under Article 10 of the CGC.

If, when signing the contract, the customer also requests payment by SEPA direct debit from a bank account (SEPA Core Direct Debit), no security deposit is required. In other cases, a security deposit is required; see Article 9 of the General Contract Conditions for details. If the customer fails to pay that deposit, Eni Plenitude may ask the Distributor to suspend the supply.

### **Discount conditions**

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €36.00 / year. Fiber Discount 2nd Year
