### **Offer terms**

ACOS ENERGIA FLAT provides for eleven monthly bills of equal amount, calculated according to total annual consumption in cubic metres, to help avoid spending peaks during the winter. Twelve bills will be issued during the supply year: eleven advance bills based on the average quantity of gas historically consumed at that supply point under standard conditions, and one adjustment bill. The amounts of the eleven advance bills are set by consumption bracket, while the twelfth bill is an adjustment based on actual consumption and PSV trends over the twelve months. The Customer will be able to track the adjustment amount each month. Any adjustment amount, whether a credit or a debit, will be spread across the next twelve bills. At the end of the supply year, the adjustment bill will be calculated based on actual consumption recorded from a meter reading by the local distributor or from a self-reading, if validated by the distributor. The Customer agrees to report the self-reading to ACOS ENERGIA according to the schedule stated on the last advance bill of the supply year. For every SMC of gas delivered to each of the Customer’s redelivery points (PDR), the offer requires the Customer to pay ACOS ENERGIA a CMP component expressed as an energy charge (€/SMC). This component is determined by the PSV index value plus a fixed, unchanging component of €0.065/SMC. The price shown above excludes a fixed charge of €12/month/PDR to cover retail sales and marketing costs. The PSV index means the arithmetic average, expressed in €/MWh and converted to €/SMC using a gross calorific value (PCS) of 0.03852 GJ/SMC, of the bid and offer prices in the daily quotations for the reference month under “PSV PRICE ASSESSMENT - DAY AHEAD”, published by EUROPEAN SPOT GAS MARKETS in the ICIS HEREN report produced by ICIS HEREN. For every day that is not a working day on the London exchange, the reference quotation will be “PSV PRICE ASSESSMENT – WEEKEND”. The CCR and QVD components set by ARERA will also apply. The Customer will receive a discount if automatic debit of the billed amount (SEPA) and electronic bill delivery are activated, including during the supply period. For a domestic-use PDR, the discount, applied to each bill from the date on which both requirements above are actually met, is currently €5.40/PDR/year. ARERA sets the discount with reference to the protected service; any changes to the discount will automatically take effect when ARERA updates it. If either or both requirements cease to be met during the supply period, the discount will be withdrawn.

- THE CE DESCRIBED ABOVE WILL BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 12 (TWELVE) MONTHS FROM THE SUPPLY ACTIVATION DATE. WHEN THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE “ACOS ENERGIA FLAT” OFFER EXPIRES, IT WILL RENEW UNDER THE SAME ECONOMIC TERMS.
