### **Offer terms**

IREN SOTTOCASA GAS VARIABILE NEW

- For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

### **Annual seller charges**

**€156 / year**

An amount of €156.00 per gas delivery point per year (shown on the bill as the Fixed QVD component).

### **Discount conditions**

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

€36.00 in the first year, subject to conditions. Annual bonus of 36 euros - 1st

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €24.00 / year. Annual bonus of 24 euros - 2nd

- By joining \[NOME], the customer will receive bonuses totalling €36 in the first year, divided into 6 Bonuses of €6 each, credited as follows: the 1st on the bill for the 1st month of supply; the 2nd on the bill for the 4th month of supply; the 3rd on the bill for the 6th month of supply; the 4th in the 8th month of supply; the 5th in the 10th month of supply; and the 6th in the 12th month of supply;

- During the second year of supply, the customer will receive three additional bonuses of €8 each, for a total of €24, credited to the bills for the 16th, 20th and 24th months of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate in order to switch supplier during the first 24 months from the date the supply contract is activated, \[AZIENDA] will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of termination, as provided for in the General Supply Conditions. In the same way, in other cases where the contract ends, \[AZIENDA] will pay the bonuses accrued up to the date the contract ceases to be valid.
