Fixed-price electricity offer for residential customers.

- At the end of the economic terms’ validity period, unless the Supplier has notified the customer of any renewals or updates to the economic terms in accordance with the procedures and time limits set out in art. 13 of the Code of Conduct, those terms will be automatically adjusted each month by applying the average price by time band (as defined in ARERA Resolution 181/06, “Update of time bands effective 1 January 2007”) for the “Pun Index Gme” parameter, increased by network losses and €0.0253/kWh, in addition to all the other specified components. The “Pun Index Gme” is calculated by GME as the quantity-weighted average of zonal prices for zonal portfolios withdrawing electricity in each geographical market zone (article 2-13.3.9 of the Consolidated Text on Electricity Dispatching).

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.

### **Discount conditions**

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €6.00 / year. Discount for receiving bills by email

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €12.00 / year. SDD direct debit discount

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €60.00 / year. Two-year management charge discount

- A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com. The discount requires consent to receive bills exclusively by email. It will be applied separately to each bill for which the requirements for the discount are met at the time the bill is issued. (Optional discount.)

- A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com. The discount requires the SDD direct debit mandate to be correctly set up. It will be applied separately to each bill for which the requirements for the discount are met at the time the bill is issued. (Optional discount.) Bank direct debit

- The above discount will be applied to the charges for supply services during the first two years of supply, in proportion to the number of days in each month. In the event of early withdrawal, a change of account holder, or termination, the remaining value cannot be transferred to another customer or supply account, refunded, or offset.
