The energy supplied to the Delivery Point(s) will be 100% produced from renewable sources and valued each month by applying to the Customer's consumption (as communicated by the Distributor) the fixed fees defined in the offer and invariable for the first 36 months of supply. Starting from the 37 month, the Energy Component price will be applied the value of the monthly arithmetic average of the hourly values of the GME PUN INDEX with reference to the hours that make up each time band, increased by a fee to cover wholesale market activities defined by the Supplier in the offer. The "Average PUN Time Band" will be determined for each of the time bands F1, F2, F3 (or F2-3) as the monthly arithmetic average of the hourly values of the GME PUN INDEX, as published on the GME S.p.A. website, during the hours that make up each time band (e.g. for time band F1, from 8 to 19 on non-holiday days from Monday to Friday, the hourly values of the GME PUN INDEX will be added together and the resulting sum will be divided by the number of monthly hours of time band F1 in the month). - The supply activation date will be stated in the welcome letter, which will be sent to the customer within 40 days of signing. Electricity and/or natural gas supply is subject to the relevant parties activating the electricity transportation and dispatching services and/or the natural gas transportation and distribution services. Supply will begin once the Customer’s termination of contracts with previous suppliers has taken effect. - If the customer terminates the contract because the electricity or natural gas supply point is to be deactivated, they must send the supplier written notice by registered mail at least 1 (one) month before the deactivation takes effect. - The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw during the cooling-off period within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, including for only one supply, by notifying the Supplier by registered letter with return receipt, by email to assistenzaclienti.it@axpo.com, or by certified email (PEC), using the specific template provided by the Supplier and downloadable from its website. If withdrawing in order to change supplier, the Customer shall give the Supplier specific authorization to withdraw, in the Customer’s name and on the Customer’s behalf, from the supply contract with the outgoing supplier. If the household Customer wishes to change supplier, they may withdraw from the Contract at any time and without charge. The new supplier is required to send the relevant notice to the Integrated Information System (SII). If withdrawing for reasons other than changing supplier (for example, deactivation of the supply point), the Customer shall notify the Supplier of the withdrawal in the form and manner set out in Article 20 (communications). If the switch is notified by the 10th day of the supply month (month M), it will take effect on the first day of the following month (month M+1). If the switch is notified after the 10th day of the supply month (month M), the withdrawal will take effect on the first day of the second following supply month (M+2). In all cases, the Supplier may withdraw from the Contract for any reason by notifying the Customer by registered letter, with at least 6 (six) months’ notice. - The Contract has an indefinite term. - In case of early withdrawal from the supply contract, for the number of months between the effective date of withdrawal and the end of the Fixed Price Validity Period (the "Non-Supply Period"), for each Supply Point for which withdrawal was exercised, the Customer shall be required to pay the Supplier a withdrawal fee to cover the economic loss suffered by the seller. The early withdrawal fee that the Customer will be required to pay shall not exceed the total amount reported in the table of the Early withdrawal fee paragraph of the CTE (available on the web page reachable from the offer URL).
