F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

### **Offer terms**

Variable-price residential electricity offer

- Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

If the direct debit payment method from a bank account is disabled, the Customer must pay a security deposit of euro 11.50 for each kW of contractually committed capacity as security for the obligations undertaken. This amount will be charged on the first bill issued after the contract is entered into. This Guarantee will remain valid for as long as the “Contract” between the “Seller” and the “Customer” remains in force.
