- For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

### **Discount conditions**

- By taking up this offer, the customer will receive a total bonus of €80 on their electricity supply, credited as follows: €20 on the first bill; €30 on the bill for the 6th month of supply; €30 on the bill for the 12th month of supply. If the customer exercises the right to withdraw to change supplier during the first twelve months from the supply contract activation date, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of withdrawal in accordance with the General Supply Conditions; likewise, in other cases of termination, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the contract validity date.
