reusing our curated catalogue, whether you read it on the website or access it through our MCP

This page covers reuse of the catalogue; it is not a personal data or cookie privacy notice.

Non-commercial reuse with a link-back attribution is free and welcome: researchers, bloggers and
journalists can use the data without asking for permission first. Editorial uses and the other cases
listed below are also free.

## What you can do for free

- Compare products for yourself, your family or your organisation. A business choosing mobile plans
for its employees is welcome too.
- Use the data for teaching, learning and independent academic research.
- Publish articles, guides, commentary and editorial comparisons, including on commercial or
advertising-supported websites.
- Use an AI assistant to help a person choose a product. The assistant itself may be a paid service.

When you publish or share results based on our catalogue, credit **123offerte.it** and link to the
relevant offer or category page. Include the date you accessed the data when reporting prices or
other terms that can change. You do not need to ask us first for these uses.

## What needs a commercial agreement

- Building or powering a competing product-comparison website, app or service with our catalogue.

The purpose matters more than the software you use. An assistant helping someone find a bank account

## Keep the meaning intact
